We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your website to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will require you to provide the necessary credentials, such as the email address and password associated with the website for verification purposes.

Please note that all returns should be initiated via email with the delivered passwords ( if changed with the changed ones).

We will guide you through the process of transferring the website and related passwords back to us. Websites returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
